In order to use the app I have to agree with the user service agreement that that can’t read??? Impossible to do anything with this app but text label. I’ve tried updating the app however there are no updates and I have disconnected and logged out of my account, hoping that it will try to reset and work again, but all it says is network connection failed I bought this label maker off of Amazon and this was an app that it was supposed to use however it is terrible and does not work. I’ve had it since December of 2023. I noticed that I’ve never been able to create an account or login using the Apple ID. It always says “Network Connection Failed” even though my WiFi is working perfectly fine. I would like that to be fixed.
