METAR TAF 3D turns raw aviation weather into a picture: an animated 3D cloud
profile with the real ceiling, visibility and precipitation for the airport
you are flying to, plus a 72-hour meteogram built for pilots rather than for
the general public.

BUILT ON OFFICIAL DATA
Observations and forecasts come from NOAA/NWS and Open-Meteo. Runway data
comes from published aerodrome records. Nothing in the decoder is guessed:
where a code could not be verified against an official document, it is left
out rather than invented.

Chinese, Malay.

METAR TAF 3D is a situational-awareness aid. It is not a substitute for an
official weather briefing or for the pilot-in-command's judgement.

Corrections
• Airport elevation was read in metres and shown as feet. Every affected
  figure is now right — field elevation, pressure altitude and density
  altitude. At a high, hot airfield this moved density altitude by more
  than 2,000 ft.
• The briefing and meteogram labelled mean sea-level pressure as QNH. They
  are not the same: QNH is reduced using the standard atmosphere, MSLP using
  the actual temperature profile. Altimeter setting and pressure altitude now
  use QNH, and the briefing shows the observed METAR value alongside the model.
• The aviation briefing now shows the raw METAR, the raw TAF and the
  BASE/TEMPO/BECMG periods, and opens at the current hour.
