It is not and has not been in service mode for several weeks, something wrong with the system, I am trying to switch service mode on in order to switch it off again but the app won’t let me. Trackstar better. *2026-06-03, version 1.3.8* Had the system fitted to my car. Touring Ireland. Some days the app can identify the location, many days not. Currently it is telling me that I didn’t make any journey yesterday and my car is parked 60miles from its current location. Tried updating location 8-10 times with no difference. Occasionally that works but not often. Not impressed. And if I have auto start-stop turned on, and have come to a stop - the truck is prone to turning off completely. This happened on the M25. More concerning, the app has shown my vehicle as not deadlocked even after I locked it. As this app is a security product for protecting high value vehicles - it should be designed by serious people. All information should be presented with a larger font with solid high contrast text.
