アプリと本体Bluetoothで接続できません。
ガチでやっべー詐欺です。

アプリアップデートしたら、Bluetooth接続出来ない。
手動操作かよ！
本体使えるから、ゴミ箱行きは勿体無いけど。
早くアプリアップデートして欲しい。

The app is half-baked for the AICE 3. For a device that is, currently, almost $400.00 USD I find this highly unacceptable. 

The Bluetooth is constantly on and, the only way to disable it, is to click on “forget this device” as “disconnect” or turning off the AICE 3 will not cut it —yet, my phone’s sounds are still going to the AICE 3. 

Additionally, the weather app is not working and neither are notifications on the unit. Setting device to F over C goes back to C every time —the same happens with “language” as it displays Chinese in some instances. 

There is much work left to do on this app.

2022年購入したのですが、アプリがアップデートされ、ペアリング出来なくなりました。何度も本体の電源を切ってもアプリを入れ直してもペアリング出来ません。これからの時期にペアリングして使用したいのにとても残念です。

The firmware update feature on the app tells you that your Metaura device firmware needs updating. 

Every time you try, it quits on 1.77%. 

The support bot said this would be fixed by the end of August 2022. 

It is now 10 October 2022. Support emails and WhatsApp messages have simply not been answered.

Would the developer like to provide us with some reassurance here, or have we been conned?

You know I just purchased this portable neck fan AC unit off Amazon and I have to say it is a nice unit but it has some serious issues. First of all I live in America and we do not use Celsius here we use Fahrenheit and for some reason, why does the neck fan always want to stay on Celsius mode And does not want to stay on Fahrenheit it does not make any sense getting tired of always have to change it back to Fahrenheit I just updated the unit itself to the latest firmware hoping that it would fix this issue and it does not. I bought this unit because I’m going to be taking a international trip. Thought that having this unit will come in very handy for my trip. Look like I’m gonna have to buy a different unit from a different company. You guys really need to investigate this and seriously fix your app to work properly with your neck unit here in America. I see a loss of reviews on here that other people is also having the same issues with the App does not want to work properly. You guys down there at the company really need to fix your app watch it for all so it can work properly here in America. Let me say this one more time to the company we here in America do not use Celsius for the weather here we use Fahrenheit so investigate this and fix it. It seems like you guys don’t really care about us here in America. All you care about is just taking our money. 😤😤😤😤

It’s my second device Aice 3 and as soon as I unboxed it and connect to the app, it works for like 15 minutes the it stops working, same with the first one. I don’t know what’s going on, it’s the app ? or the device itself? Like I said it happened the same with first one. Disappointed

While I love the Aice Lite, massively better than my older Coolify, the app doesn’t always work. It connects to my Lite fine but it won’t let me change some settings on the device like indicator light and turning the device off from the app. Last night, after using the Lite, I turned it off from the app (a rare occasion when it did connect) the blue light remained on without any cooling or fan, and by the morning, the it was completely flat. The app needs some updates and I do love the concept and features, just needs some debugging.

アプリの案内に従ってファームウェアのアップデートをしたところ、ピープ音がOFFにできなくなった。 そのあと、アップルストアからアップデートが選べたので実行したところ、ピープ音は消せるようになったが、風速の調整に不具合発生。 最小設定にしても、アップデート前の60%設定ぐらいの風量でうるさい。 そもそも、細かな風量設定ができなくなっている。 ひどい改悪なので、すぐに修正をお願いします。 電車通勤とかでは、最小設定でも隣の人に迷惑になるレベルまでしか下げられなくて使い物になりません。
また、レスポンスが悪すぎる。アイコンをタップして3秒くらい待つ。温度の設定に関しては設定画面に飛ばないと反映しないという杜撰な状態に。前のバージョンでは即時反応していただけに残念。ちゃんと実機での検証をしているのか疑問。
なんでもいいので、前のバージョンの状態に戻してください。

I have a spinal cord injury from C4 C5 C5 C6 to T 12 as well as multiple sclerosis. This device has saved my life as far as temperature control as I have none. I get extreme hot flashes in this device helps me regulate my so that I don’t go into autonomic dysreflexia which is life-threatening. I am so grateful for this company and the people running it. I would be happy to do your review now. Please contact me back. One thing I would like to see repaired on this device is the overheating function on the back of the neck and the pulling hair in. App works really well, device fantastic, only downside I can say is the charging port sits on the collar bone when charging and using, solved on the AICE3 at the back of the neck. I shall leave a review when the AICE3 also arrives in 3 days 🥶

To the developers. If I check the “Wearing Detection” in the app and then close the app and then re-open the app the “Wearing Detection” is no longer checked.
Also, I have my RENVOO AICE3 set for “F” but when I turn on the AICE3 it show’s temperature in “C”. It will go back to showing the temperature in “F” only when I open the app and click the onscreen display. Then it will show the temperature in “F”.
Please fix these 2 things and then I will give you 5 stars.

The app reliably connects to the device and shows the current status, but for some reason I am often unable to adjust the mode (heat/AI/cool), the temperature, or the fan speed via the controls in the app.

I’m sure the app will get better with future updates, so rating an optimistic 4 stars.

It comes to that time of year again where I need to use my Aice. Every year I forget what the app is called. I type in Ranvoo, Aice, Fan, Cooling into the iPhone search and nothing shows. App and device work well, but it would be nice not to resort to Google every time I need control.

冷却、送風、使用感に関しては満足しておりますが、バッテリーの持ち時間が少ないと感じました。通勤の1時間程でバッテリー残量が半分に、行き帰りだけでなくなってしまいます。
あと満充電後、使用してない状態でも3日程で、残量が0になります。
改善できると、嬉しいです。
