(Citizen participation) A participatory space is created where citizens can enjoy together by constructing a virtual Seoul City Hall and Seoul Plaza on the Metaverse.

(Industrial support) 'Metaverse Seoul' provides a new challenge and opportunity for venture and startup companies by supporting publicity and investment consultation for the industrial ecosystem.

(Youth counseling) Through an avatar counseling room, teenagers can easily consult on their worries that were difficult to discuss face-to-face, such as academics, career, and friendships.

(Tax inquiry) Citizens can calculate local taxes such as vehicle taxes and acquisition taxes in advance, and can also receive tax consultation through local tax education and an AI chatbot in the Metaverse.
