But I cannot download, it thought I am a free user and provide to pay again. When I click on basic version, app shows it’s already paid for basic version, but I stil cannot to download the project. Great app, easy to use and have a lots of voices of different languages that will help one to synchronize his/her works. Before I had to worry to edit my videos, to synch my voices on my videos I made. After I find out this app, now I feel much relaxed while editing my videos. This app also provides numerous background musics & tunes which are so soothing to give anyone a good vibe within a moment. And it is not giving me the plus version voices. *2023-02-24, version 2.2.34* Suddenly it doesn’t give me plus version voices. It says I can use basic one which is cheaper version. But I paid the plus version. I asked for refund, sent messages. They all ignored by developers Developer yiyisheng. Sounds like chinese. When I try to edit, it freezes. Many times you can’t even see the text messages to edit. Recently it’s been worse. I click the icon and I can’t even get into the website. Okay 1st here is the REALITY of it. If you don’t want to spend a very high price on this then DONT download this. They give you two premium choices for only one thing to say. (Two options you get). Then they cut off access and ask for money. Then they give you the so called „free voice“ which it is just a basic monotone voice (one you get when you translate something) the translator you get with your phone is better. The so called „free voice“ will read things as it is for an example „0.5 pause“ instead of actually pausing it will say „0.5 pausing“. DONT GET THIS unless if you have big money in your pocket for it or if you just want to waste storage and waste your time. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME WITH THESE APPS THAT JUST DRAIN YOUR POCKET. Or at least make a few voices free with the mood being free. You don’t have to make all the voices free just like a few. For a person with no dollars on me. This is too expensive. No matter what I did, it just would no longer work even tho I paid. It thought I was a free user. So I unsubscribed. I just tried again today to subscribe to pro, and it said it completed the transaction but once again, the app thinks I’m a free user. This time it doesn’t show up in my subscriptions either. I’m not seeing a charge yet in my bank but I’m just at a loss.
