This app displays the last few hours of weather patterns as seen through the Meteosat weather satellites. I like to watch the playback and use it to guess where the clouds are going and when they are going to get there.
Personally I'd like the app to go back 24 hours rather than just the couple of hours, and I would like it to work in landscape on my iPad as that's my standard reading environment. Add those and it will get 5 stars from me.
But an app does exactly what it says? That's this one!
