Meteocentar is the weather app made for Croatia, Adriatic, Balkans, Alps and central Europe - now completely redesigned, faster and more capable than ever. APP MODE • Simple mode keeps the essentials: forecast, radar and notifications. Advanced plots, extra table columns, the radar analysis suite, convection and maps are hidden. • Pro mode stays exactly as it was. Switch in Settings; your settings are untouched when you switch back. NEW SCREENS • Convection: the convective outlook on the regional map. Yellow areas mark where thunderstorms are possible or likely in 6-hour periods, and the Level 1 to 3 lines mark an increasing chance of organised or stronger storms. • Precipitation (radar): a radar estimate of fallen precipitation by hour and by day, in the menu under "Precipitation (radar)". • Frequently asked questions: answers about the forecast, radar, notifications and Premium, in the menu. RADAR • Analysis button on the map: one tap hides every analysis layer, another brings them back. • When zoomed out, the app thins the markers of weaker cells on its own, so the picture stays readable. • The coastline and borders now draw above the echo, so they stay legible even over strong returns. PLOTS • Plots now follow both of your unit settings, for wind and for temperature. • Every plot is aligned with the others, so the same hour sits at the same place in each. • Faint gridlines every 3 hours in single-day view. NOTIFICATIONS • On Android you can pick the sound separately for region notifications and for forecast and storm notifications, under Notification settings. • A red dot on the menu when something new arrives. • Past events collapse, so the list stays short. ACCOUNT • You can sign in three ways: Google, Apple (iPhone and iPad), or an email address and password. Signing in is optional and the app works fully without it. • Premium can be bought in the app or on the meteoadriatic.net portal. Signed in with the same account, it counts in both places.
