It's been stable, no crashing out, and is great for showing kids how to look out for meteors ready for a shower! It is, indeed, a simple, basic app which does exactly as described. The other reviewers must really not understand what this app is about. It's a simple night sky with shining stars and the occasional shooting star. It's beautiful, magical and relaxing. No in app purchases, no ads, nothing but a beautiful night sky. I wish people would appreciate the beauty and simplicity of this app. I use stellarium on my iPhone a lot, but unfortunately you can't turn off all the star names and you can't watch shooting stars. This app is perfect for me and I highly recommend it. I'd also really love to see this on my Mac on the big screen!
