Same issue other reviews state; some “token” error preventing me from updating my card after one expired. Had to go to another app in a pinch. Used for years without any incident all over my city and was very happy, but seems to have melted down critically in a situation where I couldn’t afford to stick around.

This app stopped working and no matter how many times I try to delete it and reload, it won’t accept my credit card so I can’t pay for parking. Says something about a token not accepting? I’ve tried everything & get the same error message.

Tried to park on waterfront place (in Pittsburgh) I tried two different cards on two different phones and it would not accept either card. It kept on saying token not available. Had to cancel my plans because we were so late trying to figure out this app. The worst app I’ve ever used, the city should only use go mobile (the parking app it uses for the majority of the streets) or this app should accept Apple or something else. Basically useless and this apps owes me $30

The app will not save any of my payment methods. Tried multiple cards and received several different errors, such as “could not create token” or ReCaptcha errors. I tried both to just add a saved payment method and adding a payment method during a purchase, but neither worked. Luckily I had enough change for the amount of time I needed the meter.

I see that there's another complaint review here about trying to use this app to pay for parking on "Waterfront" on Pittsburgh.  The app will not make it clear that there are multiple zones nearby, and it will automatically direct you to the wrong zone and you'll end up with a ticket.

Funny thing?  This other review was written 7 years ago, and the app developers responded and correctly were able to guess what zone the customer who wrote it was complaining about.

Clearly they know the app is awful for this scenario.  Amazing that they haven't fixed it on 7 years.

I like the ability to pay for parking via credit card on my phone and renew it without going back out to the meter, but why does it only let you add two hours at a time, and why can’t you just add time to an existing parking payment? You have to wait until your parking expires, and then reselect it for an additional two hours.

 It will show me that I have 5 minutes left, but there’s no way to add time on the main screen that shows your parking time. There does appear to be an add time link in the side menu, but it’s at the top of the screen and impossible to tap. Nothing happens when I try to tap it. I’ve forgotten to renew my parking so many times because I’ve stayed longer than two hours. It notifies you, but it’s just a push notification that you wouldn’t see unless you happened to be looking at your phone. At least have the option to have an audible ding or something, if you won’t let me add more time before it expires.

Resided on Waterfront Pl. for several years now, Meter Feeder popping up on this street has been nothing but an awful experience. They will double charge you and/or give you a ticket when you already paid. App doesn’t work half the time, no customer service, basically seems like a big scam not even tied to PPA.

Avoid this app. Use the parking meter if there is one. This app is so poorly constructed. It asks for random information that it shouldn’t need. Most frustratingly, it auto selects the lot it thinks you’re in and doesn’t let you change it so if it assigns you the wrong lot, you’re just stuck. It also doesn’t take Apple Pay, which is annoying.

It’s 2026. Hook up to Apple’s SDK and make it easy to auto complete address and payment info. Entered all this the first time it asked, then it got stuck and I had to skip the screen. Then it wanted all my info all over again. 

Worst parking app and it’s not a high bar.

This app frequently malfunctions with basic functions. Sometimes it won’t accept any form of payment, currently it won’t allow me to change to a different vehicle. It seems as though this app isn’t maintained and it’s incredibly frustrating as it’s the only option unless you want to go outside to the actual meter every hour or two.

Tried to take a day trip and use public parking while walking around. NOPE!! other parking meter app and website works fine for me. This thing could not create a token at all. Tried discover credit card. Not token. Tried virtual Apple Cash card. No token created. Checked my wifi and roaming data. App is allowed to use my data and connect to internet. Now I see on the store that it was last updated 2 YEARS AGO???! is this abandonware??? Maybe the town should switch to a newer and maintained app.

Ok, I was late for work. I parked for the day at MeterFeeder. I have a few cars on my app. 
I paid for the wrong one today. I called MeterFeeder. Jim was very clear, and helpful. 
You never think you have to call these places, but I’m so glad someone is actually there to help fix the problem. He did! I didn’t get a ticket.

I’ve used a bunch of parking apps through the years in various cities. Meter Feeder is the best I’ve ever used hands down. It’s simple and effective. I wish every parking garage and pay to park area used this app! It’s Super!!!
