Программа не работает с льготами от слова «совсем». Нельзя вносить «перерасчет» (коммунальщики это практикуют частенько). Расчет по отоплению тоже не гибок. Отсюда страдает точность расходов. И сильно! Если автор внедрит все это, то готов рассмотреть покупку. А целом-программа нужная и полезная
