Why are they shortchanging the time? ### 3/5 — App deleted my vehicle nicknames *2025-07-21, version 25.22.0* It’s a great app, however, it updated without my knowledge and deleted all of my nicknames for my vehicles. I am quite upset. Because now I can’t identify many of the vehicles on my list. And I had to walk downstairs this morning to get one of the license plates verified. It’s not an issue to name the vehicles again through time, but it is just inconveniencing me. ### 1/5 — Be careful it positions you to park at the wrong meter constantly *2025-07-15, version 25.22.0* Be careful using the app. It will purposely locate you on the wrong side of the street and It will not notify you only 50% of the time when your meter is expiring. Make sure to triple check. There is no option to search with letters. When I scroll on the app the zip codes on the map in the Philadelphia area are wrong. I’m going to uninstall and just drive down to the area. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2024-09-28, version 24.14.0* App does not allow manual search of any park zone. Likely only work with precise location on, but its enforcement is totally unnecesaary when you know where you are and can provide that information. ### 3/5 — Not allowing me to stop my time *2024-09-13, version 24.14.0* I parked up paid for 45 mins of times and when I was done with 15mins to spare the app isn’t allowing me to stop my time. This is the first time this has happened to me in the 3 years I’ve been using this app. ### 2/5 — Confusing and ended up with a ticket *2024-08-28, version 24.14.0* First time user. Followed the steps: found the zone #, then duration time: I did the estimate of 2 hours. Then my plate #, state. And was asked again for the duration time? I already did the estimate, so I assumed the second one would be the actual parking duration time. I can’t tell until I get back. Stopped there, and left for my errands. then.. got a ticket! ### 1/5 — Notification spam *2024-08-08, version 24.14.0* Marketing notification spam about reserving ahead. No way to turn off. ### 1/5 — E mail links expire immediately *2024-07-09, version 24.14.0* This is the worst app in my phone. Doesn’t even properly work half the time. ### 2/5 — Better to use the meter *2024-01-03, version 23.48.1* The app alerts every meter maid in the vicinity that your parking is about to expire-- in other words, they are waiting nearby and within two minutes to expiring, are already issuing a ticket. You can use the app at first, then the price jumps up. Not good if you are watching every penny. Did you know an annual parking permit is $35? If you are like me, in an area with almost no parking, the only solution is to ditch the car. Philly is vicious against drivers. Too many cars, makes sense. My phone is outdated….so I cannot update to the required iOS 😡😡😡 Very disappointing. I have used this app for YEARS!!! Now it is no longer an option!!! The kiosk typically require coins or a credit card!!! Who carries that many coins … quarters and who wants to stand Unaware of their surroundings at a kiosk???? App is glitchy . I parked and paid amount the app told me to pay, it was the wrong amount, and I ended up getting a ticket. Reached out to customer service, they basically said, not our fault. I parked and the app said I owed $1.52 , which I paid via ApplePay. I came back to my car to find a ticket, the app incorrectly calculated the time I needed to pay for. I reached out to support and received a response “ we are not responsible “. Do not use or trust this app unless you want a ticket. Another time I also received a ticket and had to fight with the city for 6 months ### 1/5 — The updated rotary UI is excessive and dumb *2025-12-22, version 25.50.0* First of all, paid parking is already a scam. But Multiple times I’ve “spun the wheel” for two hours but it only charges me for a minute. I think it’s on purpose to get people to pay more stingy fees ### 1/5 — I paid and still was ticketed *2025-12-15, version 25.48.0* So I had to add in a new license plate. Took a long time. App wasn’t cooperating. Had to do and do again several times. Finally it was added. Then I paid by Apply pay and got the Apple pay you’ve paid check mark. Great. Thought I was good to go. I was, after all the extra app delay hassles, running late. I put phone away and was off to my destinarían with the late arrival. Guest what? Even after the troubles, I still got a ticket! I guess the app wanted me to do the payment over and over again like the license plate add. Seriously? I can’t afford this ticket price and It’s should be MeterUp who is fined for what transpired! I did things right. I always try to do the right thing. Seems like App developers and municipalities really don’t care about actual humans.
