You met her at that bar in November. That guy from the gym, third time you've run into him. That couple you keep seeing at the coffee shop on Sundays. MetHere is how you remember.

It's a social memory. Not a contacts app. Not a network. A quiet place to keep the people you've met at the places you live your life in. The bar, the gym, the rec league, the shop around the corner, the park where you walk the dog.

Here's the magic trick: MetHere knows when you're back. Walk into the spot and your phone lights up. "you're near The Hoxton. you know three people here." The name arrives before the awkward pause. That's the whole app.

This started as a list on a phone. Every bartender, every manager, every hostess at every place in downtown Toronto. The list got massive. A friend saw it and started keeping one of his own. Now that idea is an app.
