It is a perfect example of an integration nightmare, I have been using this app for the past year and I have regretted every time I had to open it. I have fully recommended just foregoing the app and bringing along a hotspot with a laptop because you’re gonna need it to make work orders and anything that requires more than two dialogue boxes to interact with. I would love for this app to be streamlined, but right now it is a huge pain point of inefficiency for the individuals who use it. To give one overarching example, one of the major issues with the app that there is no caching. Every single interaction is processed on the website so if you have a poor connection, the app scales exponentially in how long it takes to do simple tasks. Good luck in the field. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2026-03-02* **BUYER BEWARE - Sold on “easy customization,” got the opposite. The process is unnecessarily complex, costly, and nothing like what was promised. I asked for a refund before any work began and my rep, Mikaela, stopped responding. After multiple attempts I had to email a general inbox just to get reassigned to Urja. Then their team lead, Nelson De Miranda, got involved and offered no solution beyond quoting policy. Method refused to refund a deposit for customization work never executed. Be careful—what they sell and what you get are very different. ### 4/5 — Syncs to QB beautifully. *2023-02-04* I have used this app along with the desktop version for a few years now. I feel it works great. The Quickbooks sync is flawless. The biggest feature that I wanted was customization. They allow me to add my own tables and fields. I can add fields for extra data into their tables as well. All in all very happy with it. Some honest downsides: You cannot download and backup your customizations to your own storage. Has not been an issue yet, but always a nagging though in the back of my mind. They do not have a direct code option for customizations. It’s all drag and drop/ click options. This means that you can’t reuse templates you build very easily. Especially if building separate apps that you want to blend the look seamlessly. So customizing multiple screens takes longer than needed. But it works great when it’s done. Last feature it’s missing is a scanner object. It’s a crm that lets you save attachments. But there is no easy way to get the attachments scanned in. It would be totally possible for them to add a web scan feature. And I would applaud them if this single feature was added. Even if it was an add on purchase feature it would be worth it. ### 1/5 — Not a sales CRM *2022-12-31* Automation is horrible. Heavy data entry. After that I could not in good conscience recommend Method to any of our clients. Method’s CEO, tried to buy my silence by asking me to sign a non disclosure agreement in exchange for a cash payment, which I refused. People need to know that their data is not safe with this company and that our situation is not an isolated incident. And to be clear, this was not due to non-payment. Unfortunately I can even log in, and yes my log in information is correct as I go to my computer and enter my credentials and it works fine. Not sure if the app is even supported anymore?
