Not helpful when the app has no options to interact with iOS print options.  Defeats the purpose of having the app generate a receipt to “print”

Bill pay in the app redirects to the website, which was not working for me. I downloaded the app because my bill also lists it as a way to pay on top of the website. It was a waste of time to download and log in just to redirect me to the website I already tried.

How do I get my test results on this app? The instructions say to call your provider. I did that and they have no idea what I am talking about.

Simply trying to access labs and procedure.  Absolutely a horrible app and website.  I hope the developer didn’t charge you bc probably the worst medicine app I’ve experienced.

Assuming 90% of app use is to review results & medical records.  Very cumbersome to use.

There’s no difference between the app and the website. The interface, how to login, how to request an appointment, etc. looks exactly the same. An app is supposed to offer a more streamlined appearance and function. The app never lets me book an appointment online, which is the main reason I want to use it. The website never lets me book an appointment online either and the powers that be have no idea why it never works. Please fix this. It has been an issue since this app came out. Four years and years it hasn’t worked correctly
