Katie’s incredible at what she does. She is so skilled and knowledgeable about prenatal and postpartum fitness and nutrition, and as a mom herself she truly understands how difficult it can be to carve out time for yourself and to make healthy choices when it comes to nutrition. I worked with her during my prenatal and postpartum recovery from my first child and was amazed at how effective her workouts are. I fully trust her to help me with my second postpartum recovery. I love how her workouts are short and sweet - they target precise muscles to tone in such a specific way and make you stronger without all the sweating and running around that cardio can be. I loved how strong I felt after doing her workouts and can’t wait to take more of her classes!
