Also like that I can scan items for eligibility from the app. ### 5/5 — Associate. *2026-04-19* Great app. so easy to use and it takes literally 30 seconds to upload receipts. Balance is up to date as well as all transactions. People love to complain and some are truly mean spirited by writing nasty reviews. ### 1/5 — Slow and cumbersome *2026-04-03* The only useful piece of information from this app is my flexible spending balance. Beyond that it is extremely slow. If all I want to do is upload a receipt that I am required to provide, It takes me almost a minute and a half to do so. The login is extremely slow and then every time you open the app it has to give you a screen, which takes 10 seconds to pop up and ten seconds to dismiss, telling you to input your receipts. Well, that’s stupid, that’s the ONLY reason I’m getting in this app. ### 1/5 — Worthless app and worthless tech support - don't waste your time *2026-04-01* Use their website instead. After logging in, you are confrontedeith a blank screen and asked if you agree it disagree. since there is no statement of what I am agreeing to, I tap “disagree” in the app rapidly shuts down. I complained to the only email address I could find. They replied with a phone number to call. That phone number is menu had no option for tech-support in the person that eventually answered was not able to find someone who could help. I gave it a one star since the App Store would not let me submit a comment unless I gave it a star. otherwise I would give it zero stars. ### 3/5 — Detail receipts are not always available *2026-03-12, version 312.20.0* You have to attach detail receipts to be reimbursed. Not all providers offer detail receipts that MetLife prefers. ### 2/5 — Poor interface. Old design *2026-02-23* It’s hard to use the app because it always gives you pop-ups reminding you it attached receipts but you already know you need to do. It’s hard to find information around his history. It’s not well laid out could be much much better and much more user-friendly and this is the same design that’s been out there for over three years.
