I don’t know if someone is ever going to fix it. ### 1/5 — Buggy… *2025-02-20, version 3.1.3* Very hard to use. Even harder to use than previous versions. It also becomes completely unresponsive and the app just crashes sometimes. Don’t understand what was wrong with the way it was before? Now when you try to look at real-time location of a bus on the map , and then navigate back to the stop o information it wants you to “pull down” but the layout means you just keep pulling down the iPhone Lock Screen image. Every time I change them within a few seconds the new ones have disappeared and the old ones are all back again. What could be better? #1 make the option to receive notifications only for favourite stops, etc. a sticky preference so it doesn’t reset to all notifications every time you exit the app. It is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING to get alerts for services that you do not use!! Especially given how frequent those alerts are at present. #2 tells us what platform the service is on and when that changes. The information is available on the station real time displays, so make it available in the app. Fixing #1 is a quick win with high value! ### 2/5 — bad update *2025-04-18, version 3.1.4* newest update (17/4/25) made UI harder to use, added more bugs, removed my saved favourites, and added full screen ADs. only two stars because it’s technically functional. ### 2/5 — Very irritating to use. *2025-01-08, version 3.1.3* As others have mentioned the app was broken in an update meaning that you can no longer reliably minimise a buses journey/trip details once opened. Usually it requires a complete close of the app. It used to be fine.
