The biggest thing I fine in loosing weight is that those moments you not doing anything your mind moves you in a direction that you don’t want to go. You just don’t want to go out and get lost in the moment. That’s why it’s important to keep moving forward and keep your body and mind focused on what matters most.

I’ve been using this tracker and it’s honestly been so helpful. It keeps my dosage, food, protein, and water intake all in one place, which makes everything feel way less overwhelming.

I especially love that it helps me make sure I’m getting enough protein and staying hydrated plus making sure I take my dose on time. The food logging is really easy, and I like that there are multiple ways to log meals. The AI chat feature is actually really cool too — I can quickly track things or ask questions without digging, which makes it feel simple and intuitive.

This app just makes the whole process feel more organized and doable. I’m really glad I found it.

This app is pretty cool and helped me with my food intake and my chats with Metra got really good once I started logging more info. I switched over to one of their preferred GLP1 providers and saved $200 a month
