Of course, you have to be ready and dedicated as the app cannot make you change your lifestyle. However, I felt compelled to track my calories with MetricSync. It has been the most simple macro and insulin (diabetic mode) tracking app I have used. I can customize my own meals and macros. Their reminders are helpful as well. It is also encouraging to see that they keep track of your own tracking as a streak. This has been the most effective app for me during my weight loss and I'd definitely recommend it to those who are ready to make lifestyle changes and stay consistent! ### 1/5 — App is busted *2025-10-22* Comes up with a personalized plan then if you close the app the plan is gone and deletes all the information you put in EVERYTIME.
