They then make you feel guilty when you ask to pay the quoted fare! If the company is advertising these prices and providing quotes on these prices, then drivers should automatically charge these prices and not make you feel guilty when you challenge it and ask to pay the quoted price. ### 4/5 — Not letting me pre book a cab for the next day *2022-06-30, version 33.5.27* I use metro all the time and was very good till up to a week ago. The app is not letting me book a cab for the next day, has happened a more than a few times now. This company used to be the best by far, but it has just gone further and further downhill. Getting a taxi even remotely on time is near impossible. You can book 2 days in advance and it still turns up late. The app is completely broken, it randomly signs you out and won't let you sign back in. Signing up doesn't work, "forgotten password" emails never arrive. Avoid this like the plague. When an app doesn’t serve its purpose, it should be taken down.
