Not only does this mean that my tab keeps running for hours on end, but I can’t rent another bike out until the issue is resolved. The support team has VERY limited hours, and the in-app report feature simply does not work, meaning that I’m now stranded and have to take a $50 uber. This is seriously screwed up. Update: due to this chronic and yet-unaddressed issue, I have had multiple deeply unpleasant encounters with the poorly trained, rude, and emotional support team. I’ve learned that this “service” is run by a contractor called Bicycle Transit Systems.
