Die Informationen werden übersichtlich dargestellt und die Bedienung ist selbsterklärend. Danke dafür. ABER: Bitte integriert ein dunkles App Icon. Ich aktiviere die App beim betreten und fange an, einen Artikel nach dem anderen zu scannen. Das Scannen und die Auswahl der Anzahl funktioniert reibungslos. Ich komme an die Kasse, eine normale Kasse, und frage wie jetzt der Checkout funktioniert. Ich solle oben rechts auf den Einkaufswagen gehen. Der Checkout läuft an und läuft und läuft 2 Minuten lang nichts passiert. Kassiererin fragt: Ob ich Bluetooth aktiviert habe? Habe ich bisher nicht, wurde beim Öffnen der App ja auch nicht verlangt. Also raus aus der App, Bluetooth aktivieren rein in die App, wieder in den Einkaufswagen, der Checkout läuft wieder 1 Minute, ohne dass etwas passiert. Egal wie nah ich mich der Kasse nähere. Irgendwann wird es selbst der Verkäuferin zu nah. Kassiererin fragt: Ob ich denn im WLAN sei? Nein, bin ich, wurde aber genauso wenig von der App abgefragt wie Bluetooth. Also gehe ich zusätzlich ins WLAN, weiterhin bleibe ich im Bildschirm „ich solle mich der Kasse nähern“. Jetzt wechsle ich rüber zu einer der Scan and go Kassen, obwohl die Verkäuferin meinte an der Kasse nebenan das sei nicht so wichtig. Auch dort stehe ich vor einer der Kassen und warte und warte im Beisein einer Verkäuferin. „Ich solle mich der Kasse nähern“, heißt es in der App. Ja, wie nahe dennoch? Nach ungefähr 4 Minuten klappt plötzlich der Bezahlvorgang am Display der Kasse. Wer auch immer das programmiert, sollte sich einen neuen Job suchen.
