In my case I used it while I was in my own room laying down on my bed. I was a 808 Experian score. Never missed a payment before. I never got a call from Metro letting me know either I wa about to go 30 days past due. My credit goes down over 100 points in 1 shot. I call to see what happened. They tell me I scheduled the payment for the correct month but 1 year on the future. I don’t but it. They reversed the past due but once it hits your credit you still take the hit. I’ve also been paying an extra $100/month towards my excise tax and putting a note to apply to excise. They haven’t been applying it since about 20 payments ago. There’s an extra $2000 dollars I’ve been paying and the can’t explain where the money is. I asked for a call from a manager or someone and not received a call back. I call every month asking for a manager and not once has anyone above entry level ever called. I think they’re shady and can’t be trusted. Go anywhere but Metro, seriously. ### 1/5 — Extremely limited *2025-08-22, version 25.2.101.1* For a bank app I’m taken a back by how limiting this bank’s options are. I can’t pay loans using my checking and routing, adding a debit or credit card as a form of payment is tightly secured most attempts will never work. Forgot your password? Get ready, nothing will work, you’ll be bounced out over and over and start questioning your own sanity. This UX is so bad had I known I would have never went to them for financing. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-08-16, version 25.2.101.1* App is terrible. Never get timely credit submitting payment. They just add random day. Send on 16th, they say 19th. Absolute amateur hour. Worst banking app I’ve ever used.
