I booked a cab for Gatwick airport, 24h in advance. They called me 20 minutes before the arranged time to say that they just have realised they won't be able to cover the service. Completely unacceptable. Booked a car in the morning so my ill mother didnt have to wait around in the cold, to find out that the driver cant find a simple address what made it worse was that he didnt phone letting me know, i had to phone him to find out where he was at 4:20. Despite me trying to help out by giving him road names around the area and some places which are known in the area he decided to scream at me down the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be booking from here again even though it was my first time booking it from here.
