Great service for free, sometimes the govt sets the appointment not to work so you have to go to the website! Also, they don’t drop you off at exact location they drop you off at a bus stop; it would be nice if the bus stop had an ID number to match the bus stop reference in the app. I don’t know fb/nb. But there are so many problems with the system. My rides come early, they come late, there’s no way to communicate with the driver, and it feels like chaos. Plus in the app they often give you intersections instead of addresses for drop off and pick up, which makes it impossible to figure out where you’re going. The ability to use this to go around my area and do errands like laundry, grocery, and going to work has been extremely important. When I try contacting them about they DON’T do anything to fix it. Each time I try this I just get disappointed in the terrible service. Truly disappointing. Fix this, micro metro, limit the amount of people on a ride and do a better job of putting people ALL close to each other. ### 1/5 — Reliable but impatient drivers *2025-01-04, version 3.26.1* Had a driver leave me after waiting less than a second while I was right across from them waving as they had just arrived. There is literally no +. Not possible to select. Customer Service told me to use the website. This app works on other models of phones but not newer IPhones Thank you. ### 1/5 — HATE IT *2023-08-09* Their system is unorganized. You book a ride to be picked up at 5:55-6:05 pm and they either come REALLY LATE or NEVER show up! In addition to that, now that they have a new policy, if you cancel a ride you get penalized. So if the ride never comes after 30 minutes of waiting!! I have to cancel it, and then I get penalized for it. Their system makes NO SENSE! Sometimes drivers don’t even wait for you for at least ONE MINUTE ! I am running to catch it since they do not have proper communication, yet they see me and zoom off. Honestly this system is all over the place and their “additional drivers” have NOT improved their wait time. At least the metro bus comes in time and their customer service is better. ALSO, when you cancel the ride you have the option of making a comment. My comments are never taken into consideration, I only receive an automated email telling me they will resolve the issue with more drivers. This app is one of the reasons I can afford to live car-less in Burbank. In situations where busses don’t have routes or I need to get somewhere at a scheduled time, Micro Metro allows me to do that for a fraction of the price of what Ubers or Lyfts would cost me. They can even get me to and from the Hollywood-Burbank airport!
