It makes no sense that I’m waiting 18 minutes when there are buses near, but they don’t catch ! ### 2/5 — Lazy drivers *2025-11-04* Drivers habitually sleep in terror vehicles while you wait for a pickup. I had to cancel several rides because vehicle was shown sitting in a parking lot of a gas station or supermarket WAY past promised pickup time. Despicable! **Developer response:** Hello there. It feels like you’re ordering an uber and you can see the vehicle and its route in live time.
