Fix this asap ### 1/5 — Horrible, preferred the old app *2025-03-19* For whatever reasons the app doesn’t let me book rides at all but it does on the website. Such a horrible user experience and it makes it much harder to get my rides. Is won’t let me choose my own time and keeps changing it for me which is crazy for a ride booking app. And no matter what time I put it say no rides available like how is that possible bro. Also is mostly suburbs now and is 3.25 during rush hours…like…that’s suspicious that’s weird…what’s up with that America? ### 1/5 — So bad *2025-03-14* Love the service they provide but this new app is so bad it thinks I livid in a totally different state and won’t allow me to book any rides ### 2/5 — Lazy drivers *2025-11-04* Drivers habitually sleep in terror vehicles while you wait for a pickup. I had to cancel several rides because vehicle was shown sitting in a parking lot of a gas station or supermarket WAY past promised pickup time. Despicable! **Developer response:** Hello there. It feels like you’re ordering an uber and you can see the vehicle and its route in live time.
