They were supposed to deliver on the coming Tuesday but didn’t deliver and didn’t even inform what’s happening, after 10 days they cancelled the order saying it’s out of stock without even informing. 4 days have passed and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the order and no refund issue email, absolutely pathetic communication and customer service. ### 4/5 — Crashing *2021-10-22* It’s keep crashing plz fix it ### 3/5 — Delivery delayed *2022-09-28* Too much delay in order delivery, I had to pick up the order from the delivery man from the road a few miles away as he said his mobile is not working and he asked the warden to call me and asked to come over and pick the order, it was inconvenient time for delivery at 9 pm ### 3/5 — Few problems that I faced *2019-01-27* First of all it’s a good app. But these issues need to be addressed by BlueEx devs. 1- When you tap on search bar there is no home button. If I keep searching and want to go back to the the home screen I have to tap on Back many times to get there. 2- Even if I’m logged in and I have added some products in the cart If I want to close the app to complete my cart maybe later, the cart is cleared once the app is closed. It should save the cart items. You did not implement the cart feature very well. 3- If I want to save the cart, it will bring the login screen even If I am already logged in. If login again and save the cart it does not save it. Your Cart feature is very buggy and does NOT do well. It needs attention. **Developer response:** Apologize for the inconvenience.
