Metro Paris Subway for iPhone is a comprehensive guide to traveling through Paris, France. It includes official subway maps. Metro Paris Subway is officially licensed by RATP of Paris.

◉ Latest official map of Paris Metro, RER (the additional regional express network of Paris) and Paris Bus. Detailed map of each line in Paris (Metro, RER, Tramway, and SNCF Transilien).

◉ Precise location of each station on the map (with a red circle). This application is fully compatible with Apple Maps, each station is represented by a red pin, a popup shows you the distance, and it's updated live (thanks to GPS) as you walk down the streets of Paris.

◉ The journey planner tool allows you to find automatically the best route to get to your destination in Paris Metro. Interactive map to choose your stations for the route. To get better Route results, please switch into Best Route in the settings.

◉ The journey planner does not require a network connection to operate, it works perfectly while in the subway.

Take a good app and make it bad. How? Guide travelers to metro stops that are out of service, under construction, or generally closed. Without live updates, this app becomes more dangerous than useful, stranding out of towners in dead ends that require extra time to find work-around s to get out of. Find a different app…be warned.

Have used both times I’ve been to Paris and it makes the Metro so easy to navigate. And I rarely, if ever, use public transportation at home (mid-sized American city). Absolutely recommend.

I highly recommend this app for anyone wishing to navigate the Metro.  My wife and I recently traveled to Paris and utilized the metro as our primary way to travel. The app is very easy to use, tracks where you are so you can locate a close station and makes it very effortless to navigate how to get where you want to go. Very easy instructions lay out  which line and which direction you want to go.   Much better than pulling out a metro map!  I checked other apps before our trips d preferred this one for its simplicity.   Bravo!

I bought this app with an assumption that it will be another waste of money app.
I was wrong. It is very easy to use and it will give you exact and accurate directions from one station to another.
We used this app and trains all
Over the Paris. We had to pay a taxi 110 euro to take 6 person from Paris City center to Airport, because the trains that were going to airport were under maintenance.
Otherwise it would have taken 4 euro a person.

Bad reviews are from the ones that don’t know how to use this application, and, it’s no brainer, don’t need to be a rocket scientist to use it. 
Easy to use and understand. We went all over Paris, from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to different museums and monuments and even districts where regular people live and eat and no one time we got lost.

Application indispensable pour qui doit se déplacer à Paris et ne connaît pas les lignes de métro par coeur! Très facile à utiliser. Quant à l’option de recherche de stations, elle est très imparfaite: impossible de trouver Goncourt ou Concorde, par exemple.
