I’ve been trying to log into the app for the last few days now and it keeps giving me a log in error when the information is correct, and it keeps telling me that it doesn’t recognize my Face ID .

Why do I have to write "for mobile deposit only at Metro employees credit Union” that’s way too much to write!

**Developer response:** Our new app has more features and upgrades then our old app. The new app does have finger print recognition. To use this feature it must be enabled in your phone settings. Please call us regarding IRA issues that you are having.
