I'm not a regular commuter but I use the metro on the weekends, so the geographic map that shows where the stations are is especially helpful. I love how when you find a station on the geographic map, you can click on it and it will take you to the arrivals for that station. It finds the stations nearest to you, and then you select one and it has real time arrivals. It also shows the stations on a real map. I also wasn't able to use the favorite feature. ### 4/5 — Simply the best DC Metro app!! *2023-05-10, version 15.7* I’ve been using Metro Times since it came out and it’s still simply the best app to see when the trains will be arriving: by station, line, and destination, along with the number of cars. It's great to see when the next train arrives if you're not getting on at the end of the line. Really fills in the gaps of the other apps with real-time data. But, if you're at the end of the line, no departure data. Download it anyways. The biggest bonus is that it also tells you how big the train is - 6 or 8 cars. That makes a difference in baseball season when there are huge crowds on the platform. It's easy to navigate and has all the info I need to use the metro efficiently. One suggestion is to make the Geo map with all pins show up with the colored colored lines connecting them so I know which lines are closest to me at any time. I like the entrance map but they should be color coded to distinguish the stations.
