## What is MetroASAP?

MetroASAP helps city and county staff run day-to-day field operations from an iPhone.

Public works crews see today’s assigned route, open each stop, update status, attach photos, and navigate to the job. Building inspectors work their inspection queue and record Pass/Fail visits. Fire personnel review shift schedules and time-off requests.

Designed for municipal staff — not a consumer social app. Sign-in uses your city MetroASAP account (Demo City credentials are provided for App Review).

Key capabilities in Version 1:
• Today’s route and work-order stops for public works
• Inspection queue and visit outcomes
• Fire shift schedule and related requests
• Field photos from camera or photo library
• Maps and turn-by-turn handoff to Apple Maps
• Face ID / device passcode unlock for saved sign-in
• Account settings with self-serve account deletion

Not in this version:
• In-app payments, fee collection, Tap to Pay, or NFC
• Citizen/resident portal shopping carts
• Full desktop admin, GIS, and reporting (use the MetroASAP website)

Payments for municipal fees remain on the MetroASAP website when your city enables them. This iPhone app focuses on field work.
