It does lacks many features such as detailed historical transactions, and for some accts, only 7 days are available. All the previous Transaction history should be easy to see coz it’s your account. Next is you need to enter a OTP even you trasfer money in your own account, add new peer, every transaction you do you’ll need OTP which is too much waste of time. However you to trasfer fund to the other accounts which is reasonable. And last, the limit to trasfer online and the limit to withdraw via ATM. So frustrating because if you reached the limit and ur cash not enough, you need to deal to the long Que which means you need to go to the branch wait to the long Que Atlease 1-3hrs which is terrible. Just to get the cash you need, you need Atlease waste the half or the day. Don’t forget to bring your card or you passbook to en u have iD you can’t take your own money. Last time I send, my recipient told me the money is not there. Metrobank debited the money in my account the moment I transfer the money. That was a month ago. I emailed the customer service twice and tried calling the customer service number a couple times, been on hold for more than 30 mins and so far no luck. Metrobank you need to address this kind of issue.
