I called the customer service and they told me where to leave the bike and I went there and still couldent pause the payment. I’ve been using the metro fun bikes for the two weeks that I’ve been in Israel and they’re fantastic. It also helps of course that Tel Aviv has many bike lanes and that the fellow cyclists and scooter’ists are careful and respectful. There are lots of places to leave the bike ie lots of clearly marked docking stations and they have to be left there which makes the roads beautifully uncluttered. I’ve needed customer services a couple of times and they’ve been nothing other than a complete joy to communicate with. Only after call wich you can make only from Israel phone they stopped it manually. Were bad user experience in app. Green Bikes are very bad quality. Chat in app is not working at all - they just dont replay. Beterr call them if you want to finish ride.
