Schade, war vor einigen Jahren mal toll ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-01-22, version 1.38.5* Between my girlfriend and I, we tried using an American passport, an Israeli passport, an Israeli ID, and a local phone number. Nothing worked. The app consistently scanned 100% of the ID and then returned an error. I contacted customer support and have not heard back yet. The bikes are un-rentable. Judging by this app’s reviews and the reviews of its partner app in Jerusalem this is a problem that’s been around for some time without any change. I guess no one is using these bikes anywhere? I called the customer service and they told me where to leave the bike and I went there and still couldent pause the payment. Only after call wich you can make only from Israel phone they stopped it manually. Were bad user experience in app. Green Bikes are very bad quality. Chat in app is not working at all - they just dont replay. Beterr call them if you want to finish ride. The app uploads the file 100% and then I see a check mark. When I try to rent the electric bike I get a message saying that I need to update my personal information. I go to personal information and the passport upload is not there. There are plenty of areas to rent and park. The app makes it easy to find available bikes. I’ve been using the metro fun bikes for the two weeks that I’ve been in Israel and they’re fantastic. It also helps of course that Tel Aviv has many bike lanes and that the fellow cyclists and scooter’ists are careful and respectful. There are lots of places to leave the bike ie lots of clearly marked docking stations and they have to be left there which makes the roads beautifully uncluttered. I’ve needed customer services a couple of times and they’ve been nothing other than a complete joy to communicate with. And the customer service is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff always ready to help with issues.
