Price came to 930 with 100 tip. Arrived 2 bottles. They cancelled most of the order. So ended up paying 530 pesos for 2 bottles of water. Buyer beware. Won’t be using them again. ### 3/5 — Consistent Bugs Now *2025-09-18, version 6.1.38* I’ve been using MetroMart a little over 2 years now. I think the UI is great and the grocery selections are pretty nice. However, bugs have been pretty consistent now; the app crashes if you add more than 5 of the same product, and sometimes it stops working overall refusing to open the app. I get a message saying to update the app, but I go to the App Store and it’s already updated to the latest version. More room for improvements I guess. Hope they fix it soon! ### 3/5 — Shady company *2025-08-26, version 6.1.36* They charge when you order. If they are out of stock on something you have to wait a couple of weeks to get reimbursed. If they charged after they picked the order it would solve this. Frozen food is thawed out by the time you receive the order. Other than that it’s ok. ### 1/5 — No address *2025-06-24, version 6.1.29* My apartment complex is four years old and their map shows previous business so I can’t add my address for delivery. They need to update their map then I can use their app. ### 1/5 — Current order gone! *2025-06-03, version 6.1.26* After spending time adding items into the cart and getting my otp to pay via card, it was taking forever to go on to the next step. I waited until I pressed on the option to manually return to the merchant….. well then my order didn’t push through and there is no way to add everything back to the cart. Help center was useless ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2025-02-26, version 6.1.16* Wasted an hour opening an account and shopping only to not be able to check out. ### 1/5 — Beyond Frustration! *2024-12-23, version 6.1.9* I could not imagine how their support could get worst. I placed an order yesterday, Dec 22 at 10AM and they promised to delivery it in 2hrs but instead it got delivered today, Dec 23 at 12PM. My shopper complained that my items are too big for a motorcycle so I had to pick it up at the mall itself and spend money for my ride. Then the worst part is that my shopper complained again that he has no change for my payment so I had to spend again a bank transfer fee to pay him. The app mandatory charges you a tip of P150 and a delivery fee but their service and their customer support is hell. Trust me, it is as bad as I narrated it.
