I would have given a 0 star review if possible. There is nothing good left in this app. There are only 3 autos available, that too in tattered condition. The drivers are unruly and rude. And god forbid if you try to connect with customer support. They are absolute illiterates who have no knowledge of anything and will disconnect the call mid conversation.

They charge very less for customers and provide employment for women with regular income, can avoid using regular and other transport apps which cost very high even for close distances
They need to expand towards all metro stations
