On top of that the drivers take almost upto 20 minutes to reach the location. And the drivers don’t even drop you till the metro station. Yet the prices have hiked now for no reason. Please work on the app’s UI/UX and also please find a solution to make the customer experience better. We are also charged for cancelling the ride when the driver doesn’t show up on time.
