Niestety ale aby korzystać z przysługujących nam darmowych 60 minut dziennie w ramach biletu GZM jesteśmy zobligowani do podpięcia karty i/lub zasilenia portfela Metroroweru kwotą 10zł. Szkoda, bo osobiście nigdy tego nie wykorzystam i to takie wyrzucenie pieniędzy w błoto. Można było inaczej rozwiązać problem weryfikacji płatności bez dodatkowych kosztów, np. weryfikacja karty z blokadą i zwolnieniem złotówki, no ale cóż 🤷‍♂️

Zostałem oszukany w taki sposób że rower się nie odblokowal więc nie mogłem ani pojechać ani go zablokować aby zakończyć przejazd i zdjęli mi z konta 300zl bo mogłem zablokować rower dopiero następnego dnia w aplikacji. Edit: 
Zostałem okradnięty drugi raz nawet nie instalujcie chyba ze nie szkoda wam kasy.

Dostaje rano sms że rower który dwa dni temu wypożyczałam zaginął i proszą o kontakt. Zestresowałam się że może nie zabezpieczyłam poprawnie roweru i ktoś go zabrał. Na stację nie mam daleko więc przeszłam się i zweryfikowałam, że dany rower tam stoi. Rowery niby mają gps więc nie rozumiem jak mógł im zagninąć rower który nie zmienił położenia?! Odinstalowuję tę aplikacje bo szkoda nerwów.

Jeszcze nigdy nie wystawiłem oceny żadnej aplikacji, ale ta to jest istna tragedia. W niektórych rowerach wajchi nie działają.  Raz nie chce się rower wypożyczyć, a raz rower się nie blokuje więc nalicza ci dodatkowe opłaty. W samej aplikacji to można przelewać pieniądze tylko po 10 zł. Sam rower żeby odblokować to trzeba odrazu przelać 10 zł. Nie ma szans że wyjdziesz na zero. Ostatecznie jest to najgorsza aplikacja do transportu miejskiego ever. Strasznie nie polecam
