The online option is very reliable each day and if I miss a day, it’s still online for me to read. It won’t work for a few days, then it works fine for a week or so and then starts to crash again. Customer service is completely useless on this issue. The crashing occurs on all devices, so it’s not just me. I have been a subscriber since it was the Framingham News. I’m finding that there is less coverage and somewhat delayed recently, understandable with loss of print subscribers for the industry, but am considering going to digital only.
