I’ve never had issues like this paying for any bills with other credit unions. I would recommend any other credit Union if this is the trouble you have just to pay them. I don’t have access to my auto loan 9 digit account number, I can’t just pay the loan with an alternative checking account from another institution, I can’t pay with a debit/credit card, and when I try to call them they don’t answer. I always pay my bills on time and this is very irritating to not be able to pay my own bills appropriately. I gave two stars because I can at least see the auto loan account balance on the app and web browser.
