lives up to its name. i like that it plans and tracks workouts & meals. it has a coach that can take actions for you which seems unreal to me. Wish they were on android so i can use it on my tablet but at least it works great on my iphone

I can track everything from meals to workouts and they’re design is super simple to use. They have so many features, I hope they had a change log of some sort that explained every single update. Otherwise i have to test and try each new feature on my own

I’ve tried a few calorie tracker, this is the first one I’ve been able to stick to. And that’s because it’s simple enough that I don’t have to spend more than a few seconds every time I’m inputting something. It’s simple, straightforward and does everything you need.
