What a terrible App. When I try to make a payment it doesn’t send a payment request to my bank. Then when I try to change it to Pay in Store it won’t let me. I gave up in the end and went elsewhere. Not a good way to do business.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I downloaded this app to facilitate my loyalty points with MexiCali restaurants here in New Zealand.  However because I own an iPad and not a smartphone, the app only works when connected to a network, for which my iPad requires WiFi.  Nonetheless, the inefficient worker at MexiCali could have asked if I had a loyalty card or app before ringing up my food purchase, but did not.  When I stated I had an app, he dismissed it and said I was suppose to present it before the purchase was rung up.  How was I suppose to know this??  Whoever designed and developed this app did not think forwardly for those devices not always connected to a network and should have applied a component for offline status.  As a result, I will stick to the physical loyalty card than ever using this app again.  I will be deleting it from my device.

I manage to login to order online with the Napier store and can’t get past the loyalty card part, I’ve tried multiple times to get an online one as I don’t have a physical card and I’m stuck on that screen forever, I’ve tried on many different occasions too but nothing has changed.

The app wouldn’t let me progress past the loyalty club screen. I couldn’t select a new loyalty card, and it wouldn’t let me punch in any random numbers for an existing card. I tried a dozen ways of getting past it, logging out and in, registering as a new user etc, but every time I hit the same glitch. Can’t order my burrito, don’t want to wait in line in the store, going to go to maccas instead.

The Napier store doesn’t even come up on the app...! And I receive notifications, open them and just get a blank screen (with my nearest store being 300kms away)!

I love this! This is a great app I highly recommend! When I thought service couldn't get much better! It does get better! I love my Mexican food and I love this!
