I’m an app developer myself and not even I could figure out how to make it through. The app lost you all a sale unfortunately. Hope you can fix it soon! I was only LIMITED up to 10 only. But when I order in-store, we are able to get as many toppings we would like to have. Why are we limited on the app? This app is awful and never ever works. The login makes zero sense and is never working. Im not eating at Mezeh until you fix this stupid app. ChickFilA and Burger King never have this issue. Keeping a functional app working is so basic and cheap. You just don’t care about your customers. ### 2/5 — Custom meal options unavailable *2025-06-12* So after being able to order a custom bowl with exactly what I wanted on the desktop site - including 1/2 of one protein and 1/2 of another, I thought great, I’ll do it in the app instead. Signed up for new account and in phone app immediately saw that with a custom bowl there no option to add 1/2 of one protein and 1/2 of another.
