I was only LIMITED up to 10 only. But when I order in-store, we are able to get as many toppings we would like to have. Why are we limited on the app? Signed up for new account and in phone app immediately saw that with a custom bowl there no option to add 1/2 of one protein and 1/2 of another. Very inconvenient to have to use desktop website or come into store. Deleting app now. Panera app remains gold standard. ### 3/5 — Not Very User Friendly *2025-02-08* This app is extremely lacking in the ability to re-order previous meals. Multiple times now I’ve tried to re-order meals for my family of four, but if even one item is no longer available that was when I first placed the order, the app won’t let you add anything. This needs to be re-designed so the user can select individual meals from a previous order and add them to the new order. That way, you wouldn’t have to re-do all meals in the order, just the one that is no longer available. ### 3/5 — Terrible app *2025-01-17, version 24.12.2024091101* Love the food but this app is so hard to use. I hate it. Also, where do u put in the code to earn points? Expectation was big but disappointment was bigger unfortunately. Ordered Kebab Avocado Caesar bowl and pita bread. Bowl was rather small. Little salat leaves that had brown corners. Table spoon full of chicken that was not definitely the right amount, 2 pieces of avocado..one was black on the side and half piece of tomatoes that had been probably sitting in it’s liquid long as it was soft and tired looking. There were 3 pieces of pita which was the only thing nice about this order. I regret not dining in it at least checking what was in my order when I picked it up. So I advise you to check when you order from this location…not to be disappointed like me. I submitted an online order at 6:04pm to be ready at 6:14pm and as I currently write this at 6:32pm, our food is still not ready. They continue to only service the people standing in line. They gave trash service to an uber eats driver whose order they prepared incorrectly. I’m an app developer myself and not even I could figure out how to make it through. The app lost you all a sale unfortunately. Hope you can fix it soon! I have called back three times and asked to speak to management this is unacceptable behavior on their part. It was my first time doing the catering order and never again! ### 1/5 — Order mix up. No support from the store or option in the app. *2025-04-08* I ordered a meal for delivery and received the wrong order. The store sent the order through DoorDash, but the dasher left the wrong order and the DoorDash link indicated that I should contact the store in case of any issues. When I called the store I was told they couldn’t do anything for me if I didn’t go in person to pick it up, even though I explicitly paid for delivery fees and dasher tip. Upon asking for redelivery, I was told they could do nothing for me. I called DoorDash and they contacted the store to request redeliver, which was refused, as the store worker said if I didn’t go to the store in person to return the wrong order, they would not give me my correct order. It is insane that something like this can even happen in the first place. Since I paid through the app, DoorDash could not even issue me a refund, but would issue the store one, which who knows if they would send my way anyway… ### 1/5 — App is lacking *2025-03-28* The app is lacking entirely. They give you the option to do have proteins in store which is not reflected on the app so you have to order in the store. Also what if I want two scoops of the crazy feta? However, SIGNIFICANT noticeable changes have been made and now it is much easier to use. The ONE thing that REALLY needs to be ADDED is an icon for your basket somewhere near the top right side. This would allow you to immediately get there. Often times when adding an item, I plug in all the ingredients hit the add to order and then am at a loss as to how to get back to my existing order because after I hit the add it doesn’t take me back to my existing order. So, an auto link back to the basket from the add button would be GREAT but if at least if there is an icon for my existing basket at least I can get back to it.
