Scenario A (When "Amount" is selected): when a user selects “Amount”, the text box correctly requests "Enter Amount." However, the helper text directly below displays "Redeemable Units" and "Remaining Units" instead of currency value metrics. Scenario B (When "Units" is selected): when the user toggles to “Units”, the text box updates to "Enter Units." However, the helper text below shifts to display "Redeemable Amount" and "Remaining Amount" in Rupees Suggested Correction: Please have the development team align the lower helper text with the user's toggle choice. If "Amount" is selected, the helper text should display values in currency (₹). If "Units" is selected, it should display unit-based values. Issue 2: Misleading "Total Balance Units" Logic for Locked/ELSS Funds On the "View" breakdown screen, the data categorisation for funds with lock-in periods (like ELSS) is confusing and potentially incorrect. Current Behaviour: the system displays a "Total Balance Units" which are in reality a free units and not a total accumulated units, additionally UI shows "Redeemable Units" as 0 which is inaccurate as are free units which are redeemable here. The Problem: Because the system shows 0 redeemable units, displaying the total locked units under the main screen's dynamic balance can mislead users into thinking they have immediate liquidity, or conversely, create confusion about what their actual unrestricted balance is. Suggested Correction: Kindly update the backend logic to clearly distinguish between total accumulated units and free/unlocked units: 1. Keep Total Balance Units to reflect the entire historical holding under the fund (locked + unlocked). 2. Ensure that Redeemable Units explicitly reflects only the un-free/matured units available for immediate transaction. 3. Consider adding a "Locked-in Units" field for clearer classification so users know exactly why their redeemable balance is zero. ### 3/5 — Inconvenient Navigation *2026-05-01, version 1.0.5* Overall app is good for lumpsum investment or withdrawal. But navigating the portfolio is pathetic. On portfolio page, default page is "Asset Allocation". Click on "Asset Class wise details" and go inside any of the holdings, on back button, expectation is that it will be back on "Asset class wise details" but it goes back to default page "Asset allocation". To view any other holding, one needs to click again on "Asset class wise allocation" and can navigate to another holding. It is so annoying. Secondly filters related to Zero or Non zero gets reset after navigating to any of the holdings. These are very small implementations but will give great experience to user. Sometimes it take a lot of time to get open. And it’s not user friendly, it dont have step by step back option . Most of the time whenever selecting new sip old saved mandates can’t be selected always have to make fresh mandates. What is the issue?. Why it is showing rejected in MF Central while in KFIN it is showing purchased. ### 2/5 — Not fast and accurate *2025-03-04, version 1.0* Payment Transaction updates are so slow and status report also not showing corrctly. There is no proper channel for support. My redemption transaction was completed by 5 days still amount not credited. Don’t to whom I have to approach. ### 3/5 — Great initiative, needs improvement *2024-12-26, version 1.0* It’s a great platform to view and transact across all your mutual funds at one place. However, it needs important improvements like showing XIRR, name of mutual fund house held in demat account are not properly shown, app lagging etc. Please continue to improve the app and it will be the most useful one for investors. It shows only market values correctly. ### 2/5 — Very good app, but need some improvements *2024-08-31, version 1.0* Overall the app is very good. Very easy to login with FaceID. Transaction sections is easy to use and payments are handled without any issue. 1. Don’t show Regulatory updates popup every time when app opens 2. Instead of showing list view in one screen, integrate Bottom tab bar with Dashboard being default. In this way we can quickly check portfolio. 3. Most of the time My portfolio view takes too much time to load data and even after talking too much time it is unable to load data, I have to switch to different view and again come back to portfolio view to refresh data 4. Add option for showing XIRR value in addition to absolute value 5. Make Asset class wise details default view instead of Asset Allocation when opening My Portfolio view 6. Demat Portfolio view is useless. Not able to see any data. KFinKartInvestor app does very good job and load Demat holding data accurately. You should do the same. 7. Navigation of is not user friendly, particularly in terms of navigating back. Whenever I want to go back to previous screen/page, I have to tap on that top left tiny back button that is not user friendly. I would like to fix this and update navigation just like default iOS handles in all its stocks app like swipe to right to go back. ### 2/5 — Issue with ELSS Funds and Reports *2024-08-18, version 1.0* For my ELSS investments, the app doesn't specify what amount of units are locked-in and how many units are free ? It shows all the units as free and let me place an order for redemption which is later on cancelled by the app itself. Also in the sunmary report of my investments, the total of market value is visible but not the total of invested value. Also the format of capital gain statement report generated through the app is extremely bad and it needs a lot of upgradation. Alsp there's no option of generating ELSS STATEMENTS. ### 4/5 — Very good platform but need some quick fix *2024-08-17, version 1.0* A very good platform to track your investments in all mutual funds under one umbrella. Few suggestions: 1. Please also include the XIRR; not sure why this important metrics is not considered 2. Provide an option to user to logout and login using different pan No of his family members or you can have an option to club family investments ### 4/5 — Good features, waiting for XIRR *2024-08-12, version 1.0* Was doing transactions directly from different AMC, App been super helpful to do everything in one place. Good to have XIRR or CAGR showed in portfolio. ### 3/5 — Lacks Important Feature *2024-08-04, version 1.0* UI wise this is good app but lacks important features like having non zero funds as default, no support even if you raise a query, improper errors while doing purchase transactions, bot able to download reports in desired format csv, xls etc. Rarely seen any new features since mast couple years. ### 4/5 — No XIRR calculation *2024-08-02, version 1.0* The App is a step in the right direction but still needs major aesthetic update for simple intuitive use. In one word the App is rudimentary. Importantly, it lacks basic feature such as XIRR calculation per individual fund scheme which is imperative. Ok fine i’ll log back in. But when i’m trying to login, it says you currently have a active session log out from it first and until then cannot login. Arey you are the first who logged me out, and when i’m trying to log back in, you again say session is active. It disnt let me login for 30 mins and locked me saying too many login attempts. Finally the day was closed and i couldnt reddem on time. Such a worst app this is!!!!!! Never use it. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2025-08-12, version 1.0* I had an error when trying to link one of my folio, and the error message stated that I have to send a mail to the support team, and on sending the issue, the support Team states that they do not have access to update. Not sure why a mail was provided to reach out in case of any issues and the support team regretting it all the time! Would rather prefer physical process. ### 1/5 — Very basic app in terms of features *2025-07-15, version 1.0* XIRR is the most important to measure the growth. It’s not available. Once we open the portfolio and select a fund, there is no option to see the previous transactions. If we want to add new fund, we should add the same kyc details again and again. Once add any filter and further move to the next page, then the back flow revote all the selected filters. As well as if we scroll drown in a page and then select fund to see the details. Then we try to came back to the listing page, then it load from the initial one. I think the development is stoped with the min features. Every other apps are improving their features day by day but here there is no updation. ### 1/5 — No data showing *2025-01-23, version 1.0* I have correctly entered my PAN number and it is not showing any Mutual Fund data. I checked my mutual funds in respected Mutual Funds company site and it shows there. That means the problem is in APP. I even checked my mutual fund data through WhatsApp such as let’s say if I have mutual fund in HDFC Mutual Funds then I can see my data of my HDFC Mutual Fund in their WhatsApp service. But in this app, no mutual funds showing despite their existence. ### 1/5 — Now a day always take so time to open the application *2024-12-22, version 1.0* Hello Team, I always prefer to open the application on IST night time around 11 PM and I have noticed when ever I want open the application it won’t open the application and keep on buffering. I don’t why like the same. Good work my app developers and testers for making it smooth and good looking , smooth UI on Apple. Myself is a software developer at Apple and I know it takes good effort and dedication to come something like this , don’t stop and make it more intitutive and attractive and user friendly. I suggest couple of changes: 1. Assets wise details has details Fundhouse wise (which is anyways a separate option) holding divided in Equity, Debt and Liquid. Consider reflecting this each Fund wise than aggregating fundhouse wise. 2. Apart from Absolute Gain %, it’s important to include Annualised Gain%.
