You have to reconnect every time you open the app. The remote that came with the mattress quit working after a week, now I am bound to the app. 
Please fix this

When opening the app it ask if the serial number starts with a specific set of letters, my bed is older as does not have the new detail number. So the recommended action is to download a different app. The link they provide is broken and does not go to a valid app.

The app doesn’t work, it was discontinued to work for the older models adjustable beds. My bed is about 5 years old, luckily we didn’t lose the remote or this bed would be useless. The new Mattress Firm Elite app doesn’t pair with the older versions of the adjustable bed. Developer doesn’t even read these reviews so I highly doubt there will be a fix.

This app does not work for my adjustable bed!!!! The app can not “find” my bed on bluetooth to connect and the 900 app is GONE so now all my adjustable features are gone…please put the 900 back or fix this app to discover and connect to my adjustable bed!!!!
