this app really is bad.

If you are told to install this app, DON’T. You probably got offered/applied as promoter or something to work at certain company such as Guardian/Watson/etc through agent. But when you arrive at the place, the company won’t even know that you work there because they are not informed. So applying through agent is hard and complicated. My advice is, apply directly to the company and not through agent.
