Vor dem Update war mfr viel besser, man hat Benachrichtigungen bei neuen Aufträgen bekommen, man konnte manuell aktualisieren und ich kann die Mengen Angabe z.b Anfahrt garnicht mehr ändern.. 
echt schlecht die app mittlerweile.

Unser Unternehmen hat sich mfr zugelegt, um unsere disposition der Aussenmonteure und die Routenplanung zu erleichtern. 
Noch nie ist unserem Team das planen von Wartungsrouten oder das verwalten unserer Wartungsverträge, so leicht von der Hand gegangen.
Die Web Oberfläche, sowie die App sond super intuitiv und eine kleine Schulung der Mitarbeiter reicht aus, um die Software optimal und effektiv zu nutzen.

Seit mehr als einem halben Jahr nutzen wir MFR und können nur positives berichten! Die Auftragsabwicklung läuft zentralisierter und viel schneller ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schnelle auf kompetente Support.

Es scheint nicht möglich zu sein, Daten, wie Typenbezeichnung; Seriennummer; Baujahr; Hersteller … , einmal zu erfassen und dann bei der nächsten Wartung einfach zu übernehmen. Ferner ist es auch nicht möglich Daten von mir in eine andere Software ( zB Excel ) zu exportieren. Ich finde es Außerdem sehr umständlich die Daten zu erfassen da die Struktur, zumindest bei uns im Unternehmen, sehr umständlich gehalten ist. Wenn die ersten beiden Punkte jedoch abgestellt werden könnten, würde ich das mir sogar bedingt weiterempfehlen

Ständige Abstürze bei der Erstellung von Berichten … das letzte Update scheint etwas verschlimmbessert zu haben. Kann auf keine Arbeitslisten mehr zugreifen oder Termine austragen, da die App ständig chrashed...

Wir arbeiten seit ca. 1 Jahr mit dem PC über die Webseite, sowie unsere Monteure mit der App. Die Planung der Auftäge geht super schnell, die Einsatzplanung ist sehr übersichtlich, sodass man direkt sieht, welcher Mitarbeiter wo, für was zuständig ist. 
Durch Checklisten die man sich je nach bedarf erstellen kann, hat man alle Montageschritte in einer PDF Datei.
Natürlich gibt es einzelne Punkte die man noch ausreifen kann, aber das hat man überall. Im ganzen sehr empfehlenswert!
